After a successful entrepreneurial career in the staffing space, Robert ‘Arch’ Archibald realized there was still a massive disconnect when it came to helping people and employers find one another. He had a vision to create technology that could amplify personal relationships and networks to bridge the gap and create access to both jobs and people – and, Aliro was founded. A few years thereafter, MilitaryConnected.org was founded.

With 15+ years as a tech leader, including CTO roles at HR solutions Symphony Talent and SmashFly, Gareth brings a wealth of experience to the role of CTO. Leading Aliro’s product strategy and engineering function, Gareth has been instrumental in driving our global footprint – establishing and leading our Northern Ireland operations while building a Belfast-based engineering team. Gareth is based in Belfast with his wife and two boys.
